1 Actual date uncertain, 01-Jun-1971 assumed. Graham & Tyler defeated Dick the Bruiser & The Sheik in a tournament final. The two men went on to win the WWWF International Tag Team Championship on 12-Nov-1971 in Pittsburgh, PA to unify the two titles.
2 DeNucci chose Pat Barret as a replacement when Rivera left.
3 The Executioners were stripped of the titles for using Nikolai Volkoff as a 3rd member.
4 In a 3-team tournament, Strongbow & White defeated the Executioners and Nikolai Volkoff & Tor Kamata.

11 Ax & Smash regained the titles, but Crush joined and defended the titles with Smash.
12 The Hart Foundation defeated Smash & Crush of Demolition.
13 The Rockers (Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannetty) defeated the Hart Foundation on 10-Oct-1990, in Fort Wayne, IN, but the victory was overruled by WWF President Jack Tunney and wiped out.
14 Titles vacated when Diesel won the World title from Backlund.
15 Kid & Holly defeated Bam Bam Bigelow & Tatanka in a tournament final.
16 At IYH3 on 24-Sep-1995, Diesel & Shawn Michaels defeated Yokozuna & The British Bulldog. WWF President Gorilla Monsoon allowed Bulldog to replace Owen, who wasn't able to compete. Diesel ended up pinning Owen Hart, so the win was overruled on 25-Sep-1995 on Monday Night Raw.
17 Titles were vacated when Billy Gunn was sidelined due to injuries.
18 The Body Donnas defeated the Godwinns in a tournament final.
19 On 09-Jun-1997, Shawn Michaels walked out. A tournament began the next week, and the winners would fight Austin and a partner of his choice for the titles. The British Bulldog & Owen Hart won the tourney, and on 14-Jul-1997, began the match with a lone Steve Austin. Dude Love debuted by coming out to be Steve Austin's partner.
20 Steve Austin and Dude Love vacated the titles due to Austin's injury. The Headbangers won a four-way match involving British Bulldog & Owen Hart, The Legion of Doom, and the Godwinns.
