|---|---|---|---|
| Rikishi | def. | Matt Hardy w/Lita |
via DQ |
| Notes: Lita gave Rikishi a low blow to prevent the Stinkface to Matt. | |||
| Match #1 - WWF Hardcore Championship | |||
| The Big Show Challenger |
def. | Raven Champion |
via Pinfall (4:20) |
| Notes: -TITLE CHANGE- (x3) The match was originally billed as Big Show vs. Raven, but during the match Billy Gunn pinned Raven for the title (2:27), then Raven pinned Gunn to win the title back (3:28), and then the Big Show pinned Raven to win the title (4:20). There was also interference under the 24/7 rule by Steve Blackman, Hardcore Holly, Molly Holly, and Crash Holly. God, this title sucks. | |||
| Match #2 - WWF Intercontinental Championship - Fatal Four-Way Match | |||
| Chris Jericho Champion |
def. | Chris Benoit Eddie Guerrero X-Pac Challengers |
via Pinfall (12:17) |
| Notes: Justin Credible tried to help out X-Pac, but Jericho pinned X-Pac anyway. | |||
| Match #3 | |||
| Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley | def. | Trish Stratus | via Pinfall (8:28) |
| Notes: Mr. McMahon was ambiguous as to whom he wanted to win, so William Regal originally helped both women. Then when Trish slapped him after helping Steph, he made up his mind. In the words of that knight-dude in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: "He chose...poorly." Vince was not pleased. | |||
| Match #4 - Three Stages of Hell Match (1st-Traditional, 2nd-Street Fight, 3rd-Steel Cage) | |||
| Triple H | def. | "Stone Cold" Steve Austin | via 2-1 (36:57) |
| Notes: Stone Cold won the first fall via pinfall in 12:20, Triple H won the second fall via pinfall in 14:56, and Triple H pinned Austin in 9:41 for the victory. Austin had the sledge and HHH had the barbed wire 2x4 and they both drilled each other. Hunter just happened to fall on top of Austin into a cover. Good match with plenty of action. Both men pulled out all the stops. | |||
| Match #5 | |||
| Steven Richards w/Ivory |
def. | Jerry "The King" Lawler w/The Kat |
via Pinfall (5:32) |
| Notes: Kat tried to hit Steve with Ivory's belt, but hit Jerry instead. As per the stipulation, Right To Censor ran off with the Kat. Tazz took over color commentary with this match. | |||
| Match #6 - WWF World Tag Team Championship - Triple Threat Table Match | |||
| "The Dudley Boyz" (D-Von & Bubba Ray Dudley) Champions |
def. | Edge & Christian Kane & The Undertaker Challengers |
(12:04) |
| Notes: Rikishi and Haku took out Bikertaker and Kane, allowing the Dudley Boyz to give Christian the 3D through the table for the win. | |||
| Match #7 - WWF World Heavyweight Championship | |||
| The Rock Challenger |
def. | Kurt Angle Champion |
via Pinfall (16:53) |
| Notes: -TITLE CHANGE- Big Show chokeslammed both men, but it had no effect on the outcome. In the end, it took two Rock Bottoms to finish off Kurt, and Rock became the first 6-time WWF Champion. An honor he doesn't deserve. Fuck the Rock. | |||
