Notes: The first fall could only be decided by pinfall, the second by submission, and the third fall was a ladder match. Benoit pinned Angle after an Olympic Slam at 1:03 for the first fall. Then Angle got the ankle lock on Benoit at 13:25 to win the second fall. Then Angle climbed the ladder and got his medals back with the assistance of Edge and Christian.

Faarooq pinned Saturn at 1:33, Bradshaw pinned Bubba Ray Dudley at 7:28 after the Crash and Hardcore Holly put him through a table, X-Pac pinned Bradshaw with Albert's help at 12:25, X-Pac pinned Matt Hardy at 16:54, Benoit and Jericho put their submission finishers on X-Factor to eliminate them at 24:02, and then Benoit got Christian in the Crossface for the submission victory and the #1 contendership.
