Notes: -TITLE CHANGE- Shawn Michaels was the Guest Referee. Triple H sent the McMahons to the back, because he wanted to do this one on one. Rock scored a pin to go ahead 1-0 (10:42). Hunter tied up later with a pin of his own (25:26). Triple H scored two more pinfalls to go ahead 3-1 (26:26, 32:22). The Rock made it 3-2 with a pinfall (40:33), and Hunter was DQed for using a chair (43:40), evening the score 3-3. Hunter scored two more falls, first a pin (44:06) and then a TKO (47:25) to go ahead 5-3. Triple H was counted out to make it 5-4 (56:05). Then the McMahons came back out, but Rock pinned Hunter to tie it up at 5-5 (57:59). Shawn was accidentally hit by the Rock while fighting the returned McMahons, and recovered just in time to see the also returned Undertaker Tombstone Triple H. As time expired, Shawn DQed the Rock, and Triple H won the contest, 6-5.
