Notes: -TITLE CHANGE- The guest referee was "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn. Ryan helped Val get out of the anklelock, and then Kenny got in Gunn's face. Gunn attacked Kenny, Val went for the pin, and Ass gave the fastest three-count I've ever seen. Kenny was jobbed.

Notes: Shane was at commentary and eventually attacked X-Punk. Punk chased after him, leaving Triple H to the wolves. Kane chokeslammed Hunter and placed Chyna on top of him for the pin.

Notes: The combatants hit each other with chairs at the same time, and both men failed to get up before Hebner counted to ten.

Match #8 - Steel Cage Match
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin def. Vince McMahon (7:57)
Notes: The two battled for about 10 minutes before the match even started. The two were on the cage when Austin tossed McMahon off and through the Spanish announce table. McMahon was being carried off on a stretcher when Austin grabbed him and tossed him in the cage. McMahon never gave up during Austin's beating, and kept on flipping him off. Eventually, Paul Wight broke through the bottom of the ring and attacked Steve Austin. However, Austin won the match when Wight threw him into the cage and it broke apart, letting Austin hit the floor.
