Notes: The Rock was put out with the Mandible Claw, and Mankind thought he was the champ. But Vince said that since Rock did not tap out or get pinned, the title did not change hands. Mankind got Mr. Socko on both McMahons, but the Corporation soon entered and one beatdown ensued.

Match #8 - Buried Alive Match
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin def. The Undertaker
w/Paul Bearer
Notes: Kane came out of the grave and Tombstoned the Undertaker. Austin had run into the back and now returned with a backhoe. The ending was kind of botched, because it took forever for the hoe to put any dirt into the hole. After only one load, Austin toasted a beer with Hebner and Hebner declared Austin the winner.
