| Evan Bourne | def. | Chavo Guerrero | via Pinfall |

| Match #1 - WWE Unified Tag Team Championship (INTER) | |||
| Chris Jericho (SMDN) & The Big Show (RAW) Champions |
def. | Montel Vontavious Porter & Mark Henry Challengers |
via Pinfall (12:13) |
| Notes: I guess Henry is pretty strong. He grabbed Big Show in mid-air when Show tried splashing him in the corner, and nearly bodyslammed him later. Nice little match. Henry countered the Codebreaker, but when the ref was checking on Jericho, Show came up and gave him the knockout punch. Jericho then pinned Henry. | |||
| Match #2 - WWE United States Championship (RAW) | |||
| Kofi Kingston Champion |
def. | Mike "Miz" Mizanin Challenger |
via Pinfall (11:57) |
| Notes: Miz did his schtick in French when he got to the ring. Quite amusing. He pulled out all the stops but could not put Kofi away. Kofi hit Trouble in Paradise for the win. Many near falls, but to me the match is forgettable. | |||
| Match #3 - Submissions Count Anywhere Match (RAW) | |||
| "The Legacy" Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes |
def. | "DeGeneration X" Triple H & Shawn Michaels |
via Submission (21:41) |
| Notes: This being Montreal, of course there were "you screwed Bret" chants. Triple H made light of it by cracking a joke saying it was all Shawn's fault. Things got started quickly and the action spilled out into the crowd and the aisles, like the old Attitude days. Match really dragged in points, especially when Michaels was thrown off some risers and Legacy double-teamed Triple H backstage forever. They knocked him out and then went back to work on Michaels in the ring. Legacy made Michaels tap out to a figure-four on the ringpost and the Million Dollar Dream. Triple H had just recovered and was on the ramp but could not make it back in time. Kind of a lousy match, I thought. | |||
| Match #4 - Singapore Cane Match (SMDN) | |||
| Kane | def. | The Great Khali w/Ranjin Singh |
via Pinfall (5:52) |
| Notes: Kind of slow and plodding, as you'd expect. Ranjin Singh tried getting involved, but Kane put him down. Khali had to check on him, and Kane used the distraction for some cane shots and then a big chokeslam. | |||
| Match #5 - ECW World Heavyweight Championship (ECW) | |||
| Christian Champion |
def. | William Regal Challenger w/Vladimir Kozlov, Ezekiel Jackson |
via Pinfall (10:16) |
| Notes: ECW GM Tiffany had Chimel announce that Vlad and Zeke were banned from ringside, and they were sent to the back. Regal was able to counter the Killswitch once, but not a second time. Average match. | |||
| IN RING: Pat Patterson came to the ring, and in this trainwreck of a segment, ended up in a verbal sparring match with Dolph Ziggler. As you would expect, Dolph took a cheap shot and attacked Pat, until Morrison ran in to make the save. | |||
| Match #6 - WWE World Heavyweight Championship - I Quit Match (RAW) | |||
| John Cena Challenger |
def. | Randy Orton Champion |
via Submission (19:48) |
| Notes: -TITLE CHANGE- Sigh. Went back and forth for a quick until Orton took control and beat Cena something fierce. But Cena would calmly say "no" into the mic when the ref would ask him if he quit. I thought he was a little too composed in his responses. Anyway...Orton handcuffed Cena to the ropes and continued the beatdown. He even switched spots and hung Cena up from the cuffs on the ringpost. Orton splashed water on Cena to make sure he didn't pass out, but Cena spit it back in his face. This made Orton get a couple of canes from under the ring and he left some nice welts on Cena's ribs. Cena got the key away from Orton eventually and freed himself. But he then cuffed himself to Orton. He hulked up and the comeback was on. Orton did get in an RKO but Cena stopped him from crawling over to the key. Cena used the cuffs and chain to use Orton's own arm in the STF. | |||
| Match #7 - World Heavyweight Championship - Submission Match (SMDN) | |||
| CM Punk Champion |
def. | The Undertaker Challenger |
via "Submission" (10:55) |
| Notes: Undertaker won the match at about 8:17 with his Hell's Gate submission hold. But SMDN GM Teddy Long came out and ordered that the match continue due to the fact that the move was banned months ago by Vickie Guerrero and that the ban is still in effect. CM Punk put on the Anaconda Vise and the referee called for the bell, ending the match. It was just like the Bret Hart screwjob. Well, a cheap knockoff imitation of the Bret Hart screwjob. Baffling ending that ruined the match. | |||
