| Match #1 - Six-Man Tag Team Match | |||
| "X-Factor" X-Pac Albert Justin Credible |
def. | "The Dudley Boyz" D-Von Dudley Bubba Ray Dudley Spike Dudley |
via Pinfall (7:59) |
| Notes: X-Pac pinned Bubba after Albert splashed him in the corner and he and Credible double superkicked him. Factor tried putting Bubba through a table, but the tables were turned, so to speak, and X-Pac went through instead. | |||
| Match #2 - WWF Hardcore Championship | |||
| Rhyno Champion |
def. | Raven Challenger |
via Pinfall (8:09) |
| Notes: This kind of match gave credibility to the title. Powerful shots with street signs, and even a gore into a shopping cart. | |||
| Match #3 - Duchess of Queensbury Match | |||
| William Regal | def. | Chris Jericho | via Pinfall (12:33) |
| Notes: Regal introduced the Duchess of Queensbury, and had her sit at ringside in a throne. Y2J hit the Lionsault and was going for the pin when the Duchess called for the bell and announced that round one was over. Regal tapped out to the Walls of Jericho, but the Duchess said that one can not win by submission. Regal hit Y2J with the Duchess' scepter, but the Duchess announced that there are no disqualifications. Eventually, Y2J dragged the Duchess into the ring and put her in the Walls of Jericho. While he was doing that, Regal grabbed a chair and waffled Jericho with it. A fantastic match and a great win for the Commissioner! | |||
| Match #4 - Submission Match | |||
| Chris Benoit | def. | Kurt Angle | via 4-3 (32:26) |
| Notes: Benoit tapped out to an armbar at 6:33; Angle tapped out to an armbar at 8:04; Benoit tapped to the ankle lock at 10:20; Benoit tapped to the Crossface at 11:04; Angle tapped to the Boston Crab (modified) at 18:05; Angle tapped to the ankle lock at 27:51; and in sudden death Angle tapped to the Crossface at 32:26. There was a 30 second rest period in between falls. | |||
| Match #5 - Last Man Standing Match | |||
| Shane McMahon | def. | The Big Show | (11:49) |
| Notes: Shane defeated Big Show with the help of Test, and took a huge bump from the top of the Backlash set. Vince did try to get involved. Really cool to see that big of a bump live, I must say. | |||
| Match #6 - WWF European Championship - Triple Threat Match | |||
| Matt Hardy Champion |
def. | Christian Eddie Guerrero Challengers |
via Pinfall (6:52) |
| Notes: Matt pinned Christian. Jeff Hardy and Edge both tried to help their respective partners. | |||
| Match #7 - WWF World Heavyweight, Intercontinental & World Tag Team Championships - Tag Team Match | |||
| "Stone Cold" Steve Austin World Champion & Triple H IC Champion w/Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley |
def. | The Undertaker & Kane Tag Champions |
via Pinfall (27:10) |
| Notes: -TITLE CHANGE- As per the stipulation, when Triple H pinned Kane, Stone Cold and Triple H won the World Tag Team Championship. Stephanie involved herself, of course. Kane gave Steph a boot to the face, and Vince ran in. He had the sledge and when Kane grabbed him he passed it off to Triple H. Triple H laid out Kane with the sledge and Triple H then pinned Kane. Bikertaker and Austin were fighting out in the crowd somewhere. | |||
